ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Owens Corning has named Cesar Conde, executive vice president at NBCUniversal, and Maryann T. Seaman, executive vice president and chief financial officer, FMC Technologies Inc., to the Toledo maker of building products‘ board of directors. Mr. Conde joined NBCUniversal in October, 2013. Ms. Seaman joined FMC Technologies in 1986..

■ Toledo’s Health Care REIT, Inc. said it has promoted several executives or expanded their duties within the company, effective immediately. Scott M. Brinker has been named executive vice president, chief investment officer. Scott A. Estes, who remains executive vice president-chief financial officer, now will be responsible for management of HCN’s legal and tax teams, resources and processes. Charles J. Herman, Jr., has been named executive vice president-seniors housing and post-acute; Erin C. Ibele is now executive vice president-head of human capital and corporate secretary; Jeffrey H. Miller is now executive vice president-chief operating officer, and Jay Morgan is now senior vice president-head of medical facilities group.

■ Rudolph/​Libbe Inc. has named two new leaders for its preconstruction operations. Ryan Bannister is the new director of preconstruction operations-design/​build services and Matt Arnold has been named director of preconstruction operations.

Cost: $40 per session for members, $50 per session for nonmembers. Also, the council will offer a supervisor and manager safety class on Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the council offices.
