FINDLAY — Three University of Findlay alumni were recognized recently during homecoming weekend at the college.

Named as distinguished alumni were Joseph E. Lewis of Carlisle, Pa., a 1942 graduate and retired minister; Jonathan Binkley of Toledo, a 1963 graduate and retired Whitmer High School teacher; and E. David Green of Findlay, a 1967 graduate who serves as administrator of the Great Lakes Conference of the Churches of God.

Julie McIntosh of Findlay, a 1990 graduate and science teacher at Findlay High School, received the Old Main Award. The Gold Medallion Award was presented in memory of the late Wayne I. Pribble, who graduated from the university at age 69 in 1985. Mr. Pribble was the first student to earn a bachelor's degree from Findlay by taking weekend classes.
