TPS summit touted as aid to parents

A free Parent Summit is planned from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Crystal Ellis Conference Center, 3301 Upton Ave.

Sponsored by Toledo Public Schools, workshops and lectures will target interests of parents.
