Troy L. Awls celebrates his graduation from Owens Community College after the singing of the National Anthem. Gary R. Heminger, president of Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC, gave the keynote address, and Tammi Zachrich was the student speaker at the college's 38th annual spring commencement last night at its Perrysburg Township campus.
