    School grounds were supposed to be converted into a Civil War era campground, with costumed reenactors demonstrating camp life and battle tactics at East Toledo Junior High School on Saturday. Instead, rainy weather chased most of the activities inside. Brandy DePew, right in white shirt, sings with the rest of the school choir in the gym.
