David Wegehaupt, who received a bachelor's degree in music performance from BGSU, will use his Fulbright scholarship to study saxophone in Paris.

Meaghan Geraghty, who graduated with a double major in English and political science, will teach English in Hong Kong.

Paul Lajeunesse, a graduate of the school of art, will study landscape painting in Iceland.

Three faculty members also were named Fulbright Scholars and will teach courses and conduct research in other countries.

David Jackson, assistant professor of political science, and John Fischer, associate professor in the school of teaching and learning, will go to Poland. Marc Simon, associate professor and chairman of the political science department, will head to Austria.

The Fulbright Program promotes understanding between people in the United States and people of other countries.
