BOWLING GREEN - Former Kenwood Elementary Principal Gary Keller may not be out of a job after all.

Hugh Caumartin, superintendent of Bowling Green schools, said he plans to recommend that the school board hire Mr. Keller as assistant principal at Bowling Green Middle School and promote Joe Zabowski from assistant principal to principal.

Mr. Zabowski would take the place of Lee Vincent, who has accepted a job in the Cincinnati area.

Mr. Keller lost his job at Kenwood in June as part of $1.1 million in budget cuts.

Crim Principal Martha Fether was named principal at Kenwood, and Ridge Principal Dan Shepherd was assigned to both Ridge and Crim elementary schools.
