WAUSEON — A six-week series of three-hour programs designed to help farm women become better business partners will be on Thursdays, starting Feb. 17, at the Ohio State University Extension office in Fulton County.

Speakers in the Annie's Project series will cover such topics as financial record-keeping, commodity marketing basics, crop insurance, family communication, and farm transition.

"Annie's Project is designed to empower farm women to manage information systems and build local networks throughout the state," according to a program announcement. "The target audience is farm women with a passion for business and involvement. They may be the primary operator or a partner in the business."

The program's cost is $65.
