Benefit to aid Northview teacher
8/13/2012The Northview varsity boys soccer team will play against coaches from Pacesetter Soccer Club in a charity game to benefit Northview math teacher Melissa Belcher at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Belcher has been given a diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's Disease. Timberstone Junior High, 9000 Sylvania Ave., is sponsoring the game and all proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund for Mrs. Belcher's sons. Raffle tickets and concessions will be sold during the game.
