2-hour delay slated for 2 Oregon schools

Starr Elementary and Fassett Middle schools in Oregon will operate on a two-hour delay Thursdaybecause Toledo Edison utility work in their neighborhoods will necessitate power outages in those areas.

The rest of the school district will be on its regular schedule.
