Owens Community College’s Findlay campus to hold Valentine’s event

FINDLAY — Owens Community College’s Findlay-area campus is providing a Valentine’s Day event on Wednesday that invites residents to put their card-making skills to the test and help spread cheer to community members at Findlay’s Birchaven Village.

The college’s Student Activities Office is holding the event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Education Center Atrium on Bright Road in Findlay. Participants will construct and decorate Valentine’s Day cards for Birchaven Village residents, and they will be encouraged to provide an inspirational message within each card.
