FINDLAY — Owens Community College’s Findlay campus will present a free showing and discussion of the film To Kill a Mockingbird on Tuesday as part of Black History Month activities.

Sponsored by the Office of Student Activities and Honors Program at the Findlay campus, the film will be shown at 11 a.m. in the Education Center, room 111.

Immediately afterward, Marian Moore, an assistant professor of social and behavioral sciences, and Ellen Sorg, interim chairman of the English department, will discuss the historical and ethical significance of the film, which was based on Harper Lee’s novel of the same name.
