Ottawa Hills school board to discuss bylaws for endowment
3/25/2013The Ottawa Hills Local Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Beirut, 4082 Monroe St., to discuss bylaws for a school district endowment foundation. Karen Mayfield, executive assistant to the district superintendent, said the foundation is a new initiative and will provide an additional way of fund-raising for the district.
Ms. Mayfield said the endowment fund is “all in the planning stages at this point,” and the meeting will discuss key details. For more information, call the superintendent's office, at 419-536-6371.
