Siena Heights to host Nairobi chorus Aug. 7

Siena Heights University will present the Nairobi Chamber Chorus at 8 p.m. Aug. 7 in Rueckert Auditorium. The chorus is composed of young performers from universities around Nairobi who are members of various tribes. It has performed around the world with the Guildhall Orchestra, London Adventist Chorale, and Cape Town Opera.

The group’s repertoire ranges from African folk music to Western classical music.

There are no advance ticket sales, but a $5 donation will be collected at the door.
