Monroe schools breakfast raises $3,200 for veteran with cancer
11/11/2013The Make a Difference Day breakfast fund-raiser late by Monroe Schools last month at Manor Elementary School attracted several hundred people and raised $3,200 to help pay the medical bills of Darlene Folmar.
Ms. Folmar, the sister of school custodian Debbie Miller, is a Marine Corps veteran with cancer.
