Columbia Gas says its rate will decrease.
Columbia Gas of Ohio said Friday its customer rate will decrease in March to 57 cents per 100 cubic feet of natural gas, down from 62 cents this month.

The new rate is based on Friday’s natural-gas commodity closing price of 38 cents on the New York Mercantile Exchange, plus 19 cents, a state-regulated service charge.

The utility said, based on the new price, an average customer’s bill in March will be $105.50.
