BOWLING GREEN — A forum on hydraulic fracturing of shale bedrock, or “fracking,” is planned Tuesday night by activists who have encouraged Bowling Green voters to approve an amendment to the city’s charter as a safeguard against the drilling practice.

The discussion will be at the Happy Badger from 7 to 9 p.m.
