1 cup toasted sliced almonds
cup chopped dried apricots
cup chopped dried figs
cup shredded coconut
cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
teaspoon ground cloves
cup powdered sugar
15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (1 box) or more
13 cup sliced almonds, for garnish
In food processor combine almonds, apricots, figs, coconut, honey, cinnamon and cloves, until smooth. Make 15 1-inch balls and dust with powdered sugar (you may have some left over). Place one ball into each Fillo Shell, pressing down lightly. Use 4 almond slices to make fairy wings on each. Serve immediately.
