2 packages refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
11/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons regular sugar
3 teaspoons lemon juice
Fruits and berries of choice: strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.
Pat sugar cookie dough on pizza pan to form the crust. Bake as package directs until lightly browned. Combine cream cheese and both sugars with lemon juice and spread over cookie crust. Top with desired fruits and berries. Refrigerate until serving time.
