    • Brad Fields, president of the Owens Community College Environmental Club, works on a community garden in the 1400 block of Jackson Street near downtown. The work, Art Corner Project No. 1, is a partnership between Har Simrit Singh, painter of the mural on the wall, and Toledo Grows.
