Williams scores 29 as Libbey rolls

Danny Williams scored 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as Libbey rolled over Dayton Belmont 101-69 yesterday in the Martin Luther King Classic at Rogers.

Jamaal Mays added 19 points and 10 assists for the Cowboys (10-1). Jonathan March contributed 18 points and 10 rebounds. Andre Autman had 12 rebounds and Earl Grace had 11.

WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS 82, ROGERS 68

Dominic Harrison had 23 points but the Rams (4-8) fell to Warrensville Heights in the MLK Classic. Mike Kahn added 15 and Clarence Brown 11.

STRITCH 40, DANBURY 37

Nicole Kryzminski led Stritch (7-4, 3-2 TAAC) with 16 points and Michelle Saunders added 10.

MAUMEE VALLEY 59, EMMANUEL BAPTIST 35

Kathy Shelley led Maumee Valley (9-1, 3-0 TAAC) with 20. Laquell Brown had 15 and Megan Sieberg 12.

Nikki Kynard, sister of Maumee Valley coach Lincoln Kynard, topped EB (4-8, 0-6) with nine points.

LAKOTA 51, GENOA 48

GENOA - Jenny Widman and Heather Hill scored 10 points apiece for Lakota(9-3, 7-1 SLL).

Genoa's Kelly Lindesmith scored 23 points and Lindsay Imbery had 11 rebounds and five points for the Comets (6-6, 2-5).

SWANTON 53, WAITE 45

SWANTON - Brittany Zedlitz had 18 points for Swanton (4-8). Patty Kerr added 12 points and Katie Miller 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Crystal Dixon had 27 points for the Indians (3-9).

LIBERTY CENTER 75, TOLEDO CHRISTIAN 44

Kate McClure and Megan Wahltman netted 15 each for Liberty Center, while Regina Keller added 13 and Kathryn Davis contributed 10 points and 14 rebounds.

The Eagles' Laura Markwood was scored 20. Ashleyh Futrell added 12.
