Godsey paces win by Delta

BRYAN - Running back Adam Godsey was the whole show last night as Delta beat Bryan 38-20.

Godsey carried the ball 33 times in picking up 271 yards and scored on runs of 38 and 29 yards.

Korbin Smith scored first for Delta at 1:22 in the first quarter with a 42-yard field goal.

Caleb Armbruster was 8-for-21 and 110 yards for the Golden Bears. He carried the ball 12 times for 65 yards, scoring on a one-yard run in the second quarter.

Delta quarterback Aaron Betz was 2-for-5 through the air for 47 yards, and he scored once on a one-yard run.

Bryan's Andy Park led all receivers with four passes for 83 yards. Panther receiver Nate Parsons scored on a 28-yard reception from Betz in the second quarter.

Delta's record goes to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in the NWOAL. Bryan is 1-2 and 0-2 in league play.

ARCHBOLD - Ryan Radcliffe hit 28 of 43 passes for 357 yards and five touchdowns to pace Fairview to a shootout victory.

Ben Wonderley caught 12 passes for 160 yards and two TDs, and returned an interception 55 yards for the decisive score in the fourth quarter when Fairview outscored the Streaks 20-7.

Gene Goering led Archbold by running 2, 4 and 1 yards for touchdowns and hit Jacob Filder on a 26-yard scoring pass.

Fidler also scored on runs of 9 and 28 yards.

MONTPELIER - Drew Kuesel scored four touchdowns to pace Patrick Henry (3-0).

Kuesel tallied on runs of 6, 30, 6 and 42.

Tom Busch threw a 38-yard TD pass to Zach Botjer. Busch added a 24-yard TD run.

Brett Kreais scored on a 38-yard run.

Montpelier falls to 1-2.
