Gunn paces Rangers

Kyle Gunn ran 77 yards for one touchdown and threw a pair of touchdowns passes to Chris Keith for 24 and 43 yards to lead visiting Northwood to a 40-0 victory over Ottawa Hills last night in the TAAC.

The Rangers (7-1, 4-0) also got scores on a one-yard run by Nate James, a three-yard run by Alex Williams and a three-yard run by Zach Bernejo.

Gunn carried the ball 13 times for 233 yards as the Rangers piled up 399 rushing yards to 62 for the Green Bears (1-7, 1-3).

OH's Jimmy Zimmerman hit 6 of 17 passes for 163 yards.

LAKESIDE Jake Rightnowar was 11-of-13 passing for 247 yards with 5 TDs to lead Toledo Christian (5-3, 3-1).

Rightnowar connected with Nate Konzen for three TD passes of 15, 28 and 22. He also hit David Westmeyer for 64 and 6-yard TDs.

Westmeyer and Konzen each finished with five catches with 118 and 101 yards, respectively.

Graham Miller added 156 rushing yards on 21 carries for the Eagles.

George Biedenbach racked up 228 rushing yards on 32 carries for Danbury (0-8, 0-5) with TD runs of 10, 4 and 3.

Jarrod Williams and Zach Sidle each scored two touchdowns to lead Edon (3-2, 4-5) past Stritch at Northwood.

Williams scored on runs of 15 and 5 yards. Sidle caught TD tosses from Alex Sonneberger of 23 and 16 yards.

Noah Hill scored on a 42-yard interception return.

A.J. Zalewski led the Cardinals (1-4, 1-7) with two touchdown passes. The first was a 33-yard pass to Will Kamelesky, the second was a 59-yard pass to Jean-Claude Parker.
