Area: Dupree sparks Whiteford victory

OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. - Jake Dupree had a big game - 24 points and 10 assists - to lead Whiteford to an 87-62 basketball victory over Britton last night.

Forrest Grosteffon added 18 points and Travis Pant and Brandon Albright 13 and 12, respectively, for the Bobcats (13-4).

Christopher Ringman paced Britton with 19 points, Michael Burman added 13 and Jerek Jeffrey 12.

PORT CLINTON - Ryan Hicks scored 18 points and Allen Tigner added 15 for Port Clinton (10-8, 9-4 SBC).

FINDLAY - Jordan Benson scored a game-high 16 points and Aaron Craft added 13 for the Eagles.

OLD FORT - North Baltimore was 18-of-24 from the free throw line and 17-of-33 from the field with Chris Casey leading the scoring with 23 points.

HOLGATE - Kyle Keeterle scored 15 points. His basket gave Holgate the lead and Logan Gonzales' two free throws in the final seconds iced the game for the Tigers.

FAYETTE - Pettisville's Quinn Notziger scored 17 to lead the Blackbirds over the Eagles.

Darrell Randall led Fayette with 10 points.

AYERSVILLE - Logan Wolfrum had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds to pace the Pilots. Jeremy Seifert and Bryant Vandemark scored 12 apiece for Ayersville.

James Elchinger led Fairview with 14 points.
