The Panthers rolled up 300 total yards on offense, punctuated by a pair of touchdowns from running back Jody Webb, en route to a victory over Start.
Webb's first score came on a 39-yard-run in the first quarter and followed Whitmer's first TD of the season: a 26-yard pass from quarterback Tyler Palka to Nigel Hayes.
Palka was 9-for-16 on the night for 71 yards through the air. Whitmer had 229 yards on the ground.
Webb tallied his second TD in the third quarter on a 1-yard run. Teammate Me'Gail Frisch also scored in the third on a run from nine yards out. Webb had 17 carries for 58 yards, Frisch 5 attempts for 58 yards.
Start's only score occurred in the fourth quarter: a 1-yard run by Chris Jones. Start amassed 108 yards total offense.
