TAAC: Rangers, Bombers pick up big victories

LAKESIDE -- Ten ballcarriers shared rushing duties for Northwood (6-1, 4-0 TAAC) as the Rangers piled up 402 yards in 35 carries.
Nick Russell scored twice and Evan Perkins added a 12-yard touchdown run. Dustin Fullenlove and Anthony Protheroalso scored. Justin Rohrs and Ricky Hartleyadded TDs as well. Garrett Reighard completed the scoring with a 28-yard field goal.
Danbury's (3-4, 1-3) Lucas Kennedy threw scoring passes to Craig Schenk and Jim Chamberlain.
Edon 63, Hilltop 26
WEST UNITY -- Shannon Geren scored on three touchdowns runs and collected a 57-yard pass from Keegan Long for the first touchdown for the Bombers (4-3, 3-1 TAAC). Long also tossed two scoring passes to Brock Thiel, and one to Connor Hug as well as ran 61 yards for another Edon score. Justin Grapengeter scored on a one-yard run for Hilltop (3-4, 1-3) and passed to Billy Wagner for a TD. Miklo Abner and Brandon Semer also scored.
