CITY LEAGUE

Rogers 64, Waite 60

The Rams (8-3, 5-1) overcame a 58-54 deficit late to pick up the win as Tony Kynard led with 17 points .

Clemmye Owens and Tribune Dailey each had 15.

The Indians (1-11, 1-5) were led by Eric McNair's 17. Kerron Merriweather added 14.

Waite led 50-46 entering the fourth quarter.

Bowsher 78, Woodward 67

Mookie Mustafaa poured in 26 points to help the Rebels.

Kharri Dailey had 17 points for Bowsher (7-4, 4-2). Eric Hopkins had 15, and Nate Allen 10.

Jalen Wells led Woodward (2-9, 0-6) with 17 points.

THREE RIVERS ATHLETIC CONFERENCE

Maumee 47, Springfield 45

The Panthers went into the fourth quarter with a 38-26 lead Friday night, then had to hold off a furious 19-9 rally by the host Blue Devils to gain their first Northern Lakes League girls basketball victory of the season.

Kayla Thompson and Elizabeth Theaker led Maumee (4-8, 1-6) with 13 points.

Natalie Yoder scored 15 for Springfield (3-9, 0-7).

Anthony Wayne 50, Southview 48

Aisha Tyre had 16 points and eight rebounds to pace the host Generals, Aubrie Kreft had 11 points and 10 rebounds for AW (5-5, 3-3), while Jasmine Bonivel added 11 points.

Lexi Lopez led Southview with 21.

Anthony Wayne trailed 28-23 at halftime but outscored Southview 27-20 in the second half, including an 18-6 advantage in the third quarter.

Perrysburg 43, Napoleon 33

Taylor Knight led Perrysburg with 12 points, Kelsea Newman had 11.

Newman made three 3-point shots -- the only ones in the game -- and two of them in the second quarter helped the Yellow Jackets (9-2, 5-2 NLL) to a 16-6 advantage which was the difference in the game.

Kelsea Meyer led visiting Napoleon (7-6, 3-4) with nine points.

NORTHERN LAKES LEAGUE

Maumee 45, Springfield 38

The visiting Panthers (7-7, 5-4) were paced by Shawn Flanagan's 20 points.

The Blue Devils (4-9, 1-8) got 10 points each from Logan Weimer and Anthony Jones.

TOLEDO AREA ATHLETIC CONFERENCE

Toledo Christian 86, Danbury 39

LAKESIDE -- The Eagles shot a blistering 67 percent from the field and forced 26 turnovers Friday night in a rout of the Lakers in Toledo Area Athletic Conference boys basketball.

Eric Cellier poured in 26 points for Toledo Christian (6-4, 4-2 TAAC). Scott Winseler had 17 points, Ben Ivan 12, and Cordell Miller 10.

Caleb Helline had 13 points for Danbury (0-10, 0-6).

Ottawa Hills 47, Emmanuel Christian 28

The Green Bears forced 26 turnovers to beat the Warriors.

Ian Trickey had 15 points for Ottawa Hills (4-6, 2-4). Lucas Janowicz had 11 and Geoffery Beans 10.

Tyrece Edwards led Emmanuel Christian (5-5, 3-3) with 10 points.

Maumee Valley 67, Northwood 43

Julius Turner scored 21 points and Ricky Deichert 17 to provide the scoring punch and David Brown dished out 10 assists for host Maumee Valley (11-1, 6-1 TAAC ).

Evan Perkins had 17 points and John Sefura 11 points for Northwood (2-10, 1-5).

NORTHERN BUCKEYE CONFERENCE

Fostoria 63, Genoa 49

GENOA -- Xavier Ragin scored 14 points to lift the Redmen (4-7, 3-4).

Tyler Layton tallied 11 and Adonis Cousin added 10.

The Comets (4-7, 1-6) were paced by Joey Newland with 14 and Jacob Young with 13. Tyler Picard had 10.

Elmwood 39, Woodmore 38

ELMORE -- Tyler Rosendale scored 13 points for the Royals, including the game-winning free throw with 3.3 seconds left in overtime.

Max Zyski added 12 for Elmwood (7-4, 4-3).

Donny Bowen led Woodmore (5-6, 3-4) with 11.

Otsego 60, Rossford 42

TONTOGONY -- Balanced scoring and rebounding paced the Knights (6-5, 3-4 NBC).

A.C. Limes led the way with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Tommy Rodgers added 10 points. Ryan Smoyer and Drake Johnson each had nine points and 10 rebounds.

Manny Durden topped the Bulldogs (3-9, 3-4) with 17 points.

NORTHWEST OHIO ATHLETIC LEAGUE

Archbold 55, Patrick Henry 52

ARCHBOLD -- The Blue Streaks prevailed outscored the Patriots 13-10 in overtime to come away with the victory Friday night in Northwest Ohio Athletic League boys basketball.

Tyson Dietrich poured in 22 points for Archbold (10-3, 4-0 NWOAL). Luke Kammeyer added 10 points and seven rebounds.

Patrick Henry (6-4, 2-2) got 17 points and 12 rebounds from Kodi Nofzinger and 10 points apiece by Kurt Gibson and Kolby Seemann.

Delta 59, Swanton 31

DELTA -- Blake Green scored 15 points and Justin Callahan 10 for the Panthers (8-2, 4-0).

Rocky Robinson paced Swanton (6-6, 1-4) with 11 points.

Bryan 52, Montpelier 38

BRYAN -- The Golden Bears were led by Adam McBride with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

T.J. Reeder's 17 points led all scorers in the loss for the Locomotives while he added four assists..

Adam Gilcher added 13 and nine steals for Montpelier.

AREA BOYS

Monclova Christian 57, First Baptist of Elyria 40

Zach Black led host Monclova Christian with 24 points Friday night in a boys basketball victory.

Nathan Walton added 11 and Trevor Hester 10 for the Thunder, which jumped out to a 40-11 halftime lead.

Zak Singletary led First Baptist with 22 points.

Port Clinton 46, Edison 35

MILAN -- Alex Greene topped the Redskins (5-8, 5-3 Sandusky Bay Conference) with 11 points.

Jason Blodgett's nine points paced Edsion (1-10, 0-8).

Margaretta 52, Oak Harbor 40

OAK HARBOR -- Corey Kane scored 12 points and Andrew Frech 10 for Margaretta.

The Polar Bears outscored Oak Harbor 34-22 in the second half after the SBC teams were tied 18-all after two quarters.

Greg Haar led Oak Harbor with 14.

Pettisville 45, Fayette 43

PETTISVILLE -- David Reyes led the Blackbirds with 13 points in a Buckeye Border Conference game.

Zach Pursell chipped in 11 points for the Blackbirds (6-4, 5-0).

Trevor Cox paced the Eagles (6-5, 3-2) with 25 points.

SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN

Bedford 67, Monroe 42

TEMPERANCE — Bedford junior Jackson Lamb broke the 1,000-point barrier in the win, scoring 21 points and adding 14 rebounds for the Mules (7-2).
Ryan Righnowar scored 16 while Dennis Guss added 10.

Teddy March had 10 for Monroe (3-6).

Whiteford 64, Clinton 58

OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. — The Bobcats rallied in the fourth quarter, outscoring Clinton 24-15 to force overtime where they earned the victory.

Colin Lake had 27 points and 12 steals for Whiteford (6-2). Sean Lowler added 15 points and 14 rebounds. Aaron Kellerbauer contributed 12 points.

Clinton (7-2) was led by T.J. Baker's 34 points. Cullen Zimmerman added 10.
