Dominic Jones passed for two touchdowns, ran for another, and the Rogers defense did the rest in a home victory Friday night.
Jones completed 10 of 16 passes for 146 yards and two third-quarter touchdowns — a 27-yard strike to Milton Roberts and a 34-yard pass to Joshua Taliaferro — that put the Rams up 18-7 through three quarters.
Roberts snagged five catches for 70 yards, while Taliaferro finished with two catches for 44 yards.
Rogers (3-2) finished with 39 yards rushing on 39 attempts, but also held Cleveland John Hay to 15 yards and 28 carries. In the air, John Hay completed 7 for 25 pass for 125 yards.
