Every team starts every season with the same goal in mind: A state championship trophy.
This fall northwest Ohio saw its fair share. Liberty Center's girls cross country team liked the experience so much last year that they made it back-to-back championships. Central Catholic's football team picked up its second state title in seven years. And the Perrsyburg girls soccer team capped off a remarkable run having never tasted defeat en route to becoming the first northwest Ohio girls program to win state.
