Southview keeps Maumee winless

Southview 56, Maumee 24

Taryn Stanley scored 13 points and Jessica Horwitz added 12 points to help Southview to a home win in Northern Lakes League play Tuesday night.

With the victory, Southview improved to 3-2 overall and 3-1 in the NLL.

Joeal Olman paced Maumee (0-5, 0-4 NLL) with 13 points.

Woodmore 45, Eastwood 33

ELMORE — The Wildcats utilized balanced scoring in defeating the Eagles. Leah Bench and Grace Weirich each scored eight points for Woodmore (3-3).

Presley Weaver led Eastwood with 14 points while Kelsey Weaver added 12.

Rossford 43, Lake 38

Courtney Morris scored a game-high 20 points and Julie Hotz added 14 to lead Rossford (4-1, 3-0 Northern Buckeye Conference) to a home league win.

Alyssa Shaffer paced Lake (1-4, 0-3) with 11 points.

Patrick Henry 45, Columbus Grove 25

HAMLER — Kelsey Tietje scored her 1,000th career point during a 23-point, 14-rebound performance in a home victory. Tietje, who now has 1,001 career points, made 7 of 14 field goals and 9 of 12 free throws.

Patrick Henry broke it open in the second quarter, outscoring Columbus Grove 12-1 to take a 16-5 lead at halftime.

Hilltop 55, Liberty Center 45

WEST UNITY — Sam Lillemon’s 13 points, 12 rebounds, and four steals sparked the Cadets in their home win. Hannah Bleikamp scored 11 points, and Jackie Smith added 10 points and six rebounds.

Nikki Meyer paced Liberty Center with 13 points, hitting two 3-pointers. The Tigers trailed 19-6 after the first quarter and never recovered.

Otsego 56, Fostoria 29

TONTOGANY — Otsego had three players score in double figures in a home NBC win.

Jessica Roberts finished with a game-high 16 points, Morgan Smoyer had 12 points and Lindsey Donald added 10 for the Knights (3-3, 1-2).

Erica Moore led Fostoria (0-5, 0-3) with 14 points.

Seneca East 60, Gibsonburg 37

ATTICA — Emily Depinet scored 15 points and Ashton Daniel added 13 points to lead Seneca East (3-2) to a home win.

Amanda Shammo led Gibsonburg (3-2) with nine points.
