Allen scores 35 in victory for Rebels

White adds 28 points for Bowsher; Central, Findlay gain TRAC victories

Bowsher 100, Woodward 80

Nate Allen scored 35 points to help the Rebels roll at home Friday night in City League boys basketball.

Cam White finished with 28 points for Bowsher (3-1, 1-0 CL), while Dajuan King added 15 and Jason Sandridge 12.

Craig Kirkwood tallied 22 and Dajour Whittington had 20 to pace the Polar Bears (4-1, 0-1). Tamron Watson finished with 18 and Ramoan Fane had 16.

Rogers 76, Waite 48

Branden Austin scored 17 and Alejandro Williams with 15 to ignite the Rams (1-1, 1-0 CL). Cameron Copland added 12, while Fidail Robinson pulled down 15 rebounds.

The Indians (2-1, 0-1) were paced by Kelvin Downer’s 15 points. Phillip Darrington had 13.

Central Catholic 52, Whitmer 38

DeShone Kizer poured in 18 points, and Marcus Winters and Jermiah Braswell both had 10 for the Irish (2-0).

The Panthers (1-3) were led by John Ashe with nine.

Findlay 50, St. Francis 46

FINDLAY — Adam Twining and Austin Gutting each scored 13 points to pace the Trojans.

Grant Niswander added 10 for Findlay (5-0, 3-0 TRAC).

Jacob Lang led the Knights (2-2, 1-2) with eight.

St. John’s 75, Clay 37

Trevor Walsh scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Titans won on the road.

Anthony Glover finished with 15 points, and Parker Ernsthausen added 12 for St. John’s.

Pat Booth led Clay (0-3) with 13 points.

Lima Senior 71, Fremont Ross 44

FREMONT— Ilias Thomas led the Spartans (2-3, 1-2 TRAC) with 18 points, Brady Allen scored 17, Rico Stafford 11, and Mari Dillingham 10.

Dylan Jagodzinski topped the Little Giants (2-2, 0-2) with 10 points.

Toledo Christian 63, Emmanuel Christian 42

The Eagles won at home behind Kyle Kempton, who had 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Garshawn Paynther added 14 points for Toledo Christian, while Matthew Brumbaugh had 10.

Aaron Scheiderer scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Emmanuel Christian. Nate Creech added 10 points.

Cardinal Stritch 70, Northwood 22

Austin Adams paced Stritch with 20 points.

Jay Johnson’s 14 points topped Northwood.

Maumee Valley 56, Danbury 45

Thad Woodard scored 15 points as the Hawks won at home.

Danny Hazimah added 10 points for Maumee Valley (4-1, 3-0).

Dominic Manuella paced Danbury (0-5, 0-3) with 15 points, while Caleb Gerber added 10.

Lenawee Christian 58, Whiteford 54

ADRIAN, Mich. — Colin Lake scored 27 points and Zach Perry added 14, but Whiteford (1-1) could not erase a six-point halftime deficit.
