ROGERS 65, MONTGOMERY (Ala.) LEE 58

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Zia Cooke had 29 points and the Rams rallied from a 29-6 second-quarter deficit to knock off the Generals in the Ball is Prep tournament Saturday.

Madison Royal-Davis added 18 points for Rogers (7-1), which used a 9-0 run to end the first half to climb back within 14 at halftime. The Rams then stiffened their defense and completed the comeback.

Zipporah Droughton had 29 points for Lee (10-7) and held Rutgers-bound Zaniya Crawford to 18 points.

On Friday, Rogers fell 62-53 to the No. 1-ranked team in Georgia, Atlanta George Washington Carver (15-0). Cooke finished with 33 in the game.

NOTRE DAME 49, BEREA-MIDPARK 29

DUBLIN, Ohio — Jala Johnson had 13 points as the Eagles dealt the Titans their first loss of the season at the Rocks Holiday Classic at Dublin Coffman.

Kailah Johnson added 12 points and Ariel Cummings had chipped in 10 for Notre Dame (8-2).

Jade Morone led Berea-Midpark (7-1) with 13 points.

NORTH CENTRAL 40, MAUMEE VALLEY 38

PIONEER — Sydney McKarns scored 11 points as the Eagles got past the Hawks in a nonleague game.

Payton Taylor added 10 points for North Central.

Shannon Herrmann led Maumee Valley with 15 points.

LAKE 65, MAUMEE 35

MILLBURY — Mya Staczek hit two of her four 3-pointers in the first quarter as she finished with 25 points in the Flyers’ nonleague win against the Panthers.

Kayla Bekier scored 12 points for Lake, and Maddy Hodgson and Bri Petroff each had 11 points.

Alissa Schneider led Maumee with 16 points.

TOLEDO CHRISTIAN 51, OTTAWA HILLS 24

Ella Zaborowski scored 20 points to help the Eagles (8-2, 6-0) stay unbeaten in the Toledo Area Athletic Conference.

Jackie Norman added 13 points for Toledo Christian (8-2, 6-0 TAAC), which led by one point at halftime but gave up just eight points to the Green Bears in the second half.

Catherine Byrne had nine points for Ottawa Hills (5-5, 5-2).

SOUTHVIEW 57, FINDLAY 40

FINDLAY — Lauren Perry scored 26 points to lead the Cougars to a nonleague win against the Trojans.

Halle Barnett scored 11 for Southview (8-1).

SOUTH CENTRAL 44, DANBURY 38

GREENWICH — The Trojans raced out to an 11-point first-quarter lead and held on to beat the Lakers in nonleague play.

Maddie Albert led South Central (4-5) with 11 points.

Erin Uhinck had a game-high 12 points for Danbury (5-5).

EASTWOOD 59, LIBERTY CENTER 33

PEMBERVILLE — Jamie Schmeltz scored 28 to help the Eagles get past the Tigers in nonleague action.

Eastwood improved to 6-3 with the win.

Kenzie Detmer scored 10 for Liberty Center (4-3).

EDISON 45, PORT CLINTON 35

PORT CLINTON — Paige Steyer scored 13 for the host Redskins.

Molly Hinser scored 16 for Edison.
