TEMPERANCE — Reece Lazar scored 25 points, Colton Snow added 14, and the Wildcats (13-2) earned the nonconference boys basketball victory on Saturday.

Zach Lewandowski led the Mules (3-9) with 19 points. Dylan Blossom added 10.

DUBLIN JEROME 56, PERRYSBURG 50

DUBLIN, Ohio — Luke House finished with 17 points, Trey Ballengee 13, and Preston Streator as Dublin Jerome prevailed in overtime.

Seth Morgan led the Yellow Jackets (8-6) with 18 points. Jackson Sizemore added 14.

DAYTON PONITZ 82, SCOTT 52

WILMINGTON, Ohio — Damonte Bailey scored 25 points, and Jaren Smith and Eric Sealey both added 14 for Dayton Ponitz (5-8).

JuJuan Williams led Scott (1-14) with 16 points. Brycen White added 10.

SPRINGFIELD 59, DEFIANCE 54

Denzel Prince scored 20 points, Terrel Bryant added 17, and the Blue Devils (4-10) won at home.

Tyrel Goings led Defiance (6-8) with 17 points. Will Lammers added 15.

GENOA — Jake Plantz scored 16 points and Andrew Bench 14 as the Comets (12-3) won at home.

Hunter Mix led Swanton (5-11) with five points.

OAK HARBOR — Clay Schulte finished with 15 points and Tate Smith 13 for the Rockets (12-3), who won at home.

Tyler Haas led Eastwood (9-4) with 13 points. Grant Hirzel added 11.

EVERGREEN 58, OTTAWA HILLS 45

METAMORA — The Vikings (8-8) used balance to win. Chandler Lumbrezer led the team with 14 points, Mason Loeffler had 13, Bryce Hudik 12, and Josh Dowling 11.

Eliot Cummings led Ottawa Hills (8-7) with 21 points. James Silk added 14.

MONTPELIER 51, EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN 50

Kolten Uribes scored 18 points to lead the visiting Locomotives (7-9) to a dramatic road win. Jacob Bailey added 13 for Montpelier.

The Warriors (5-8) were paced by Caden Williams’ 19 points. Williams hit a late 3-point shot to get the Warriors to within one, before Montpelier sealed it.

ARCHBOLD 71, CONTINENTAL 29

ARCHBOLD — The host Blue Streaks raced out to a 23-5 first-quarter lead and never looked back in winning a nonleague game against the Pirates.

Rigo Ramos led a balanced attack for Archbold with 11 points (11-3).

Caleb Olds had eight points for Continental (1-14).

PORT CLINTON — Drew McVeigh scored 17 points as Perkins (9-7) got the road win.

Sam Diaz led Port Clinton (1-13) with 16 points.

PETTISVILLE — Detric Yoder scored 15 points, Justin Rupp 11, and Graeme Jacoby 10 for the host Blackbirds (15-1).

Austin Like and C.J. Spradlin both scored five for the Tigers (3-12).

MILLER CITY — Mitch Gable and Mark Kuhlman had 10 points apiece to aid Miller City (9-7) in the win.

Holgate’s Ben Like led the Tigers (1-15) with five points.

HICKSVILLE 52, FAYETTE 30

HICKSVILLE — Parker Thiel scored 21 points as Hicksville won for the 14th time in 15 games.

Clayton Theils led the Eagles (9-7) with 12 points, and Trey Keefer added 10 points.
