Suntken scores 5 TDs as Indians crush Bulldogs

WAUSEON -- Ty Suntken scored five touchdowns and threw for one Friday night to pace the Indians to a Northwest Ohio Athletic League victory.

Suntken tallied on runs of 51, 1, 9, 3, and 17 yards. He passed to Noah Castle for a touchdown in a game ended just after the start of the fourth quarter because of weather conditions.

Suntken rushed 18 times for 167 yards and connected on 11 of 18 attempts for 160 yards for Wauseon (1-2, 1-1 NWOAL).

Josh Cales gained 76 yards in five carries for Swanton (0-3,0-2).

Patrick Henry 48, Montpelier 7

HAMLER -- Tobey Hernandez ran six times for 176 yards and three touchdowns (53, 6, and 81 yards) as well as adding four two-point conversions to lead the Patriots (3-0, 2-0) in a game ended with six minutes to go in the third quarter because of weather conditions.

Adam Prigge scored twice on runs of 44 and 3 yards and Kollin Spence took in a 49-yard pass from Gabe Jones for the other Patrick Henry touchdown.

Collin Mercer ran 16 yards for the Montpelier (1-2, 0-2) touchdown.
