Maumee girls basketball ends skid with first win of the season

The Maumee girls basketball earned its first win of the season Saturday.

The Panthers (1-19) beat Bowsher 58-29, jumping out to a 19-7 lead after one quarter and building a 33-16 lead at the half. They finished with 22 steals.

Senior center Joeal Olman led the way with a 18 points. Erica Tullis had 16 and Evyn Kachenmeister added 13.
