NAPOLEON — Jacob Adams and Ben Riehle each scored 12 points to lead Edgerton past Fayette 42-28 in a Division IV boys basketball district championship.
The Bulldogs (22-3) move on to the regional at Bowling Green State University.
Edgerton led 6-4 after the first quarter and 19-13 at halftime. The Bulldogs held a 26-18 advantage after three quarters.
Fayette (19-6) struggled on offense, as Zayne Colegrove led the Eagles with nine points. Cole Burkholder added eight.
Edgerton had a huge edge at the free-throw line, sinking 20 of 24 free-throws, compared to Fayette's 4 of 6.
