■ Key stats: She led the Yellow Jackets (23-2) to a No. 8 ranking in the AP final state poll and to Division I sectional and district titles. Athletic and energetic, she was not only tough to defend but a tough defender. She was named All-Ohio second team, all-district, and All-NLL first team. Baer scored 13.4 points per game, and averaged 7.6 rebounds. She also had 47 blocked shots, 36 assists, and 63 steals. She shot 50 percent from the field and 57 percent from the free-throw line. Her best game was 24 points and 10 rebounds against Lima Senior in the district semifinals. Baer tied the school record for rebounds in a game with 24. In her career, she has 521 points, 395 rebounds, 117 steals, 97 blocks, and 67 assists. She was honorable mention district and NLL as a junior. Baer has received interest from Mid-American Conference schools.
