Rogers beatsBrecksville-Broadview Heights, heads to state semifinals

Rogers is headed to the Division I state semifinals after defeating Brecksville-Broadview Heights 63-61 in overtime in a regional final on Saturday afternoon at Savage Arena.

Tony Kynard scored a team-high 20 points and DeVonte Pratt scored 18, including six in the OT session.

Rogers (20-7) will face third-ranked Cincinnati Walnut Hills (26-1) in a state semifinal on Friday night at the Schottenstein Center.
