A Surprisingly Spacious Home In Holland

From the street, you would never know that the home at 7324 Witherby Ct. in Holland s Whisper Woods development contains more than 2,150 square feet of living space.

But, in fact, this home is very spacious and perhaps even more importantly, none of the space is wasted. Rooms flow easily from one to another, making this an ideal home for entertaining.

The exterior is a combination of brick and vinyl with stone accents, including stone plant ledges. The driveway and walkway are poured concrete, and the porch is covered to keep visitors out of the elements before you answer the door. The door has a sidelight so you can take a peek at who is ringing your doorbell.

As you enter, your eye is immediately drawn to the three-quarter-inch hardwood floors in the foyer, halls and kitchen. It is just a taste of the quality to be found throughout this home.

An arched wall between the great room and the kitchen divides the space very subtly, as does the flooring, which goes from hardwood in the great room to tile in the kitchen. The kitchen features laminate countertops edged in oak, Frigidaire Professional Series stainless steel appliances, and maple cabinetry topped by crown molding. A long peninsula doubles as a snack bar, and lighting under the cabinets and recessed into the ceiling offers a note of drama.

Sliding doors off the informal dining area lead to the stamped concrete patio outside.

A back hallway off the kitchen offers access to the two and a half car garage, a utility room with cabinets and sink, and a double closet. Nearby are two bedrooms and a hall bath with a maple vanity and decorative marble top.
