Let s start with a leisurely stroll up the gently sloping walkway a handicap accessibility feature that is an option in every Decker home. An arch-covered porch welcomes you inside, where the attention to detail is immediately visible underfoot. A caramel-colored Bruce maple hardwood floor, inset with tiles laid out in an octagonal pattern, highlights the foyer.

The eye is drawn next to the stunning floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace directly ahead in the great room. In the adjoining sunroom, a brushed nickel fan tops an airy vaulted ceiling, while patio doors lead to a curving concrete patio, perfect for al fresco dining.

A hallway off the kitchen and foyer leads to the north wing of the home. Here a lovely powder room with metallic wall treatment and pedestal sink makes guests feel like royalty.
