This beautiful home by Dillin Homes in Brownstone Village at Levis Commons in Perrysburg is four stories of elegance, reminiscent of the homes surrounding Central Park in New York City. Come and experience it for yourself.

All through Manhattan, you ll see them: brownstone homes, co-ops and condominiums. While you may be charmed by the exteriors, the interiors are often spectacular.

Brownstone Village at Levis Commons seeks to recreate this urban feel in Perrysburg. An excellent example of New Urbanism, Brownstone Village is in the heart of Levis Commons. Forty town homes are planned in the village.

The exterior of our featured model home, 5114 Bostwick Road, is, like those Manhattan brownstones, charming. This floor plan, the Dorset, is four stories tall and can include an elevator.

Brick and stucco grace the fa ade, with three steps leading to the front door. Inside, a gracious foyer is tiled. To the left is a media room, office, or a bedroom. Ahead and to the left is a full bath, and at the end of the hall, a two-car garage. The elevator is nearby, ideally located for use after a shopping trip when it s easier to take the packages straight up to the second story living level or the third floor owner s suite.

The dramatic stairwell is open to the fourth floor, lit by a lovely chandelier. Of course, there is plenty of light in this town home tall windows grace the front and back, allowing sunlight to pour into the rooms. The main level is home to the living room, the open kitchen, dining room, and the first of two decks. The living room is anchored by a gas fireplace with an elegant marble surround and white wood mantle.

The kitchen is marvelous. Granite countertops stretch for miles, with a backsplash in custom tile, set on a diagonal, offering a nice counterpoint to the stone. Cherry cabinets of various heights are topped with crown molding, and GE Profile appliances include a built-in convection oven and microwave, dishwasher and cook top.

A large entertainer s island is home to a very generous sink; on the opposite side is a snack bar. Nearby, a butler s pantry has a vegetable sink (or wet bar) and more cabinetry. There is also a built-in buffet with lighted glass cabinets and wine storage.

Just off the butler s pantry, a powder room features beautiful wainscoting

Beyond the kitchen is the dining room. A banquette built into one wall has storage below. A wall of mullioned windows with transoms transforms the space with light, and sliding doors lead to a large deck.

The staircase in the living room takes you to the third floor, where you are greeted by a bedroom at the top of the stairs. Down the hall from this bedroom is a full bath, with space for a washer and dryer tucked into a closet, and a linen closet, nearby. At the end of the hall is the owner s suite.

Open the double doors and step into an enchanting space. The octagonal double tray ceiling sets this room apart. Another set of double doors leads to the master bath, with a glassed step-in shower in limestone tile. Enjoy the relaxing rain head showerhead here, or the extra-deep jetted soaking tub. The commode is completely private behind its own door.

Prepare for the day at the double vanity with a molded marble countertop. Your clothes are easily accessible in the walk-in closet here, or in the deep double closet in the bedroom.

One floor up is the retreat where a vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of height. A wet bar inside and a 400 square foot deck outside make this a wonderful place for entertaining. It s also another great place to enjoy the whole-house sound system.

This town home has so much: the metropolitan sophistication of New York or Chicago, with the safety and security of suburban Perrysburg, Ohio. Dillin Homes has created a model worth seeing in Brownstone Village at Levis Commons where everything is within walking distance.
