Whitehouse, Ohio, is growing, and the Whitehouse Valley neighborhood there is growing right along with it. There are just a few properties left in Plat 1, and Plat 2 is under construction now. This week s featured home, at 6205 Whitehouse Valley Drive, is the model home for Plat 1, and because it s a model, it has upgrades not included in other homes at this price.

The home is just right for a growing family. Sited on a two-thirds acre lot, the home has a light brick and vinyl exterior with a complete landscaping package and sprinkler system. Carriage lights grace the front near the drive, as well as the front door with its sidelights.
