This week's featured home, located on prestigious River Road in Toledo, will be offered at auction by the Beth Rose Auction Company later this month. And a lucky winner will become the owner of a unique property.

Located at 3185 River Road, the property offers so much potential. The lot behind the home stretches nearly an acre down to the Maumee. Put in a dock and have easy access to boating. The home will be open for preview this Sunday, June 13, from noon to 3 p.m., and again next Sunday, June 20, from noon to 3 p.m. To bid, you must register, and bring a $5,000 cashier's check payable to yourself.
