Riverside Commons is a neighborhood with one of the best addresses in the area. Located on River Road on the site of the former Miami Children's Home, it offers river views, open spaces, and a beautiful natural area in excess of 20 acres on the floodplain. Winding brick streets and an impressive gate make this a neighborhood worth looking into.
The home at 120 Riverside Drive is the model for this community. Built by a developer who has more than 600 area homes to his credit, the home offers beautiful finishes and amenities.
