  • Mention the word "home" and feel yourself wrapped in the intense emotions associated with comfort and family. Memories of Sunday morning pancake breakfasts, washing the car in the driveway, or watching the kids run through the sprinkler on a hot afternoon in July are as real as if they had occurred last summer. To most people, "home" is more than just a place to live - it is a place where families play, work, learn and grow.

Josh Doyle designs homes for families looking for more than just four walls and a roof. As a professional designer and Energy Star builder, Doyle guarantees that each home is built to reflect superior quality and unsurpassed energy efficiency standards. Doyle's business sets itself further apart by his ability to reflect the uniqueness of each family to their new home's design and flow.

"We make each home unique to each family we work with," said Doyle. "We offer a variety of choices to get them started ... they can take a look at the 75 designs and floor plans we already have, or they can tell us what they want and we can design a home that will fit their needs. Each family is different, and we work with them from beginning to end to make sure their needs are met."

Doyle says he goes to great lengths to make sure the same superior quality of building goes into each and every home he designs and builds. While the look of the home may vary - the quality and attention to detail does not.

The homes in Whitehouse Valley, on which Doyle is currently working, features a wide assortment of amenities, sizes and customizations. From three to four bedroom models with three-car garages, to covered back porches and mudrooms featuring lockers, nothing is overlooked when determining the needs of a particular family.

Energy efficiency comes standard with each project Doyle undertakes. For example, Doyle says he uses a ½” spray foam sealant with R-13 batts in exterior walls, Anderson 200 series double-hung windows, Therma-Tru fiberglass insulated doors, waterproofed basements with R-10 foam insulation and continuous ridge vents for attic ventilation. Additionally, Doyle offers interior finish allowances per customer's preference, 3D designs of the home and free copies of all designs and alterations.

"We are able to give the home owner exactly what they want in whatever price range they are looking for," said Doyle. "We are always happy to design a home that is a perfect fit for the individual, for the family."

Doyle, exclusive builder at the Whitehouse Valley subdivision, said lots at this site will not last long.

"We've sold three lots in three weeks," said Doyle. "It's such a great area ... it's no wonder the lots are going so fast."

The right price and the proximity to good schools, shopping and entertainment make this an ideal area to raise a family. Being able to build the perfect tailor-made home is just the cherry on top.

"It's a great family subdivision with large lots and great schools and neighborhoods," said Doyle. "It is just a great area where people are committed to solid family values."
