It would be nice if big business could help support the former U.S. Coast Guard cutter Storis coming to Toledo (“Museum’s dream in peril; Cuter could come to Toledo — or be scrap,” July 15).

The Storis was built in Toledo in 1942 and served in World War II. It was one of the first ships to circumnavigate North America by way of the Northwest Passage.

The nonprofit Storis Museum group would like the cutter to be docked in Toledo. It could be a money maker for the city.
