Two walk-in flu clinics for children will be held next week, the Toledo-Lucas County health department announced.
A clinic will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1:30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Western Lucas County Clinic, 330 Oak Terrace Blvd. in Spencer Township.
A clinic will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Classroom 2 at St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee.
Children 6 months to 23 months old and 2 to 18 years old with a chronic illness are eligible.
Vaccines cost $18 for each child, which will be billed to Medicaid or to Paramount, Buckeye Community Health Plan, or Family Health
Plan for those with such coverage. Others will have to pay at the clinic.
