The Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America has named the chief executive of the Toledo-based Community Partnership as the National Coalition Academy's exemplary instructor for 2008.
The academy is a year-long training program that teaches people nationwide how to start and sustain an anti-drug coalition.
Not only was Deacon Dzierzawski honored as an exemplary instructor, but Community Partnership was a finalist for National Coalition of the Year for the second time.
Community Partnership formerly was called the Lucas County Community Prevention Partnership.
