Lymphedema is topic of St. Anne’s event

Mercy Cancer Center and the Victory Center have scheduled a free informational event about lymphedema Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at Mercy St. Anne’s Hospital.

Featured speaker Dr. Michael Stark is to talk about lymphedema and breast cancer surgery. Lymphedema is swelling in the arms or legs that could happen after lymph nodes and vessels are removed or are injured during radiation. Reservations are required by calling 419-450-4940.
