Hudson schools lengthen day to make up lost time

3/5/2001

HUDSON, Mich. -- Students in the Hudson Area Schools will begin classes 15 minutes earlier each day starting today in order to make up time lost to delays and cancellations caused by the weather.

Superintendent Kathy Malnar said classes at the elementary school will begin at 8:10 a.m. instead of 8:25 a.m., while students at the high school will start at 8:15 a.m. rather than 8:30 a.m. Classes are scheduled to run through June 14 in the district.
